10. The Last King of Scotland (Kevin MacDonald, 2006)- Just Hanging AroundIn the final moments of the film, Idi Amin's treachery is finally revealed in one of the only violent scenes in the movie. Nicholas Gerrigan is hung on coathangers by his nipples as punishment for betraying the Ugandan dictator. This gives us only a glimpse of what was to come under Amin's reign.

wow those were some painful moments. I must say currently I feel for Dustin Hoffman and his "dental work" But I think everyone could feel it when Bates did her deed. I also loved the needle pit it was one of the only good moments in that movie.
The flogging scene in Passions was by far one of the saddest and most heart wrenching moments ever on the big screen. It was like you could feel every hit in your soul. I found it very traumatic.
